Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls are crispy, spicy, and packed with a creamy chicken filling — the perfect appetizer or game-day snack with less oil and all the flavor.

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and green onions until well mixed.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing toward you.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a little water.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the egg rolls lightly with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing if desired.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust buffalo sauce to taste for more or less heat.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even crisping.
