Description

Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls are crispy, spicy, and packed with a creamy chicken filling — the perfect appetizer or game-day snack with less oil and all the flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and green onions until well mixed.
  2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing toward you.
  3. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the center of the wrapper.
  4. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a little water.
  5. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Spray the egg rolls lightly with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  9. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing if desired.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce to taste for more or less heat.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even crisping.
