- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Form the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the meatballs in the basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or pasta.

- Use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
- Make a double batch and freeze uncooked meatballs for later.
