Description

These juicy and flavorful air fryer meatballs are quick to prepare and make a perfect appetizer or main dish, with a crispy outside and tender inside.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  3. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Form the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the meatballs in the basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or pasta.
