- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp soy sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and soy sauce (if using).
- Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade.
- Arrange the salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Cook for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and slightly crispy on the edges.
- Remove and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or over rice/salad.
