Description

Quick, flavorful, and healthy air fryer salmon bites that are perfect for a weeknight dinner or a protein-packed snack.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp soy sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and soy sauce (if using).
  3. Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade.
  4. Arrange the salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  5. Cook for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and slightly crispy on the edges.
  6. Remove and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or over rice/salad.

Notes

  • Use skinless salmon for even cooking and better flavor absorption.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure crispy edges.
  • You can adjust seasoning to your taste or add a pinch of chili flakes for spice.
