Description

Air Fryer Sweet Potato Cubes are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with natural sweetness and flavor. They’re a healthy, quick side dish or snack, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook in batches if needed.
  4. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until sweet potatoes are golden and crispy on the edges.
  5. Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh herbs or a dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Cut cubes evenly for uniform cooking.
  • Adjust seasonings to taste—try cinnamon for a sweet version or chili powder for heat.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge and reheated in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes.
  • Don’t overcrowd the basket to ensure crispiness.
