- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (or to taste)

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt with minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Add paprika and red pepper flakes, stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the garlic yogurt mixture until evenly coated.
- Drizzle the spiced butter mixture over the pasta.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
