- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Zest of 1 lime
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley or cilantro, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, melted butter, and olive oil.
- Spoon or brush the mixture generously over each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Broil for an additional 1–2 minutes for a caramelized top, if desired.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
