Description

Baked Honey Lime Garlic Butter Salmon is a flavorful and tender seafood dish featuring a sweet and tangy glaze made from honey, lime, garlic, and butter, all baked to perfection for a quick and healthy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley or cilantro, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, melted butter, and olive oil.
  4. Spoon or brush the mixture generously over each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Broil for an additional 1–2 minutes for a caramelized top, if desired.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
