Description

Berry Fruit Salad is a refreshing and vibrant mix of fresh berries tossed in a light honey-lime dressing. It’s a naturally sweet, colorful side dish or dessert perfect for summer picnics, brunches, or healthy snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, gently combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and lime zest (if using).
  3. Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the berries and gently toss to coat.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve immediately, or chill for 15–30 minutes before serving.
