Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breasts and season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peppers are tender-crisp.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice if using and stir to combine.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
