Description

Caramel Apple Cider Floats are a festive and refreshing fall treat made with creamy vanilla ice cream, chilled apple cider, and a drizzle of rich caramel sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple cider, chilled
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce, plus more for drizzling
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Ground cinnamon or cinnamon sticks for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Chill glasses in the freezer for 10-15 minutes if desired.
  2. Drizzle caramel sauce inside the glasses.
  3. Add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream to each glass.
  4. Pour 1 cup of chilled apple cider over the ice cream in each glass.
