Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts or almonds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and thinly slice the celery and red onion.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the celery, red onion, and chopped parsley.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the celery mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Top with Parmesan cheese and nuts if using.
  6. Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
