Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
