Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, flaxseed (if using), vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.

- Place the bites on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
