Description

Chopped Cheeseburger Sliders are bite-sized sandwiches filled with seasoned ground beef and melted cheese, served on slider buns—perfect for game day, parties, or a quick family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • Optional toppings: pickles, diced onions, shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  5. Slice the slider buns horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  6. Spoon the beef mixture evenly over the buns. Add optional toppings if desired.
  7. Place the top halves of the buns over the beef mixture.
  8. Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
  9. Bake for 10–15 minutes, until heated through and tops are golden brown.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use pre-shredded cheese for convenience.
  • Customize with your favorite burger toppings.
  • Leftovers can be reheated in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
