Description
Chopped Cheeseburger Sliders are bite-sized sandwiches filled with seasoned ground beef and melted cheese, served on slider buns—perfect for game day, parties, or a quick family dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Optional toppings: pickles, diced onions, shredded lettuce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Slice the slider buns horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
- Spoon the beef mixture evenly over the buns. Add optional toppings if desired.
- Place the top halves of the buns over the beef mixture.
- Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, until heated through and tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- Use pre-shredded cheese for convenience.
- Customize with your favorite burger toppings.
