Description

Cilantro Lime Dressing is a zesty, creamy, and herb-packed dressing perfect for salads, tacos, grain bowls, and more. It’s made with fresh cilantro, lime juice, and simple pantry ingredients in just minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves (packed)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning or sweetness as desired.
  4. Transfer to a jar or bottle and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
  5. Shake or stir before each use. Use within 1 week.

Notes

  • For a thinner consistency, add a splash of water or more lime juice.
  • Can substitute avocado for yogurt to make it dairy-free.
  • Pairs well with tacos, burrito bowls, grilled veggies, or as a dip.
