Cilantro Lime Dressing is a zesty, creamy, and herb-packed dressing perfect for salads, tacos, grain bowls, and more. It’s made with fresh cilantro, lime juice, and simple pantry ingredients in just minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves (packed)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning or sweetness as desired.
- Transfer to a jar or bottle and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
- Shake or stir before each use. Use within 1 week.
Notes
- For a thinner consistency, add a splash of water or more lime juice.
- Can substitute avocado for yogurt to make it dairy-free.
