Description

Ingredients

Dough:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough sheet

Filling:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Extra butter for greasing pan


Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a standard muffin tin. Unroll the crescent dough onto a floured surface.
  2. Fill and Roll: Spread softened butter on the dough. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; sprinkle over the dough. Roll tightly into a log.
  3. Cut and Shape: Cut the log lengthwise, roll each strip into a spiral, and place in muffin cups. Bake for 18–22 minutes.
  4. Glaze and Serve: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for glaze. Drizzle over cooled cruffins before serving.

Notes
