Ingredients
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, chicken broth, and milk. Stir until smooth and melted.
- Add ranch seasoning and black pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in shredded chicken and cooked bacon. Simmer for 5 minutes to heat through.
- Add cooked penne and cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir until cheese is melted and everything is well coated.
- Serve warm, garnished with green onions if desired.
