Description

Crack Chicken Penne is a creamy, cheesy, and irresistibly flavorful pasta dish made with shredded chicken, crispy bacon, ranch seasoning, and tender penne pasta. It’s an easy comfort food favorite for any night of the week.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, chicken broth, and milk. Stir until smooth and melted.
  3. Add ranch seasoning and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Stir in shredded chicken and cooked bacon. Simmer for 5 minutes to heat through.
  5. Add cooked penne and cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir until cheese is melted and everything is well coated.
