- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, bacon, ranch seasoning, and green onions. Mix well until fully combined.
- Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface and spread about 1/4 of the mixture evenly over the entire surface.
- Roll the tortilla tightly into a log and set aside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Refrigerate the rolled tortillas for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Slice each tortilla roll into 1-inch pinwheels and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- For easier slicing, chill the rolls in the freezer for 15 minutes before cutting.
- Substitute turkey bacon for a lighter option.
