Description

Crack Chicken Pinwheels are a creamy, cheesy, and savory appetizer made with shredded chicken, bacon, ranch seasoning, and cheese rolled into tortillas and sliced into bite-sized pieces.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, bacon, ranch seasoning, and green onions. Mix well until fully combined.
  2. Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface and spread about 1/4 of the mixture evenly over the entire surface.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log and set aside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  4. Refrigerate the rolled tortillas for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  5. Slice each tortilla roll into 1-inch pinwheels and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • For easier slicing, chill the rolls in the freezer for 15 minutes before cutting.
  • Substitute turkey bacon for a lighter option.
  • You can prepare these a day in advance and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
