Description

Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Broccoli:

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in the slow cooker.
  2. Make the Sauce: In a bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, and ginger. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
