Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked kielbasa, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Place sliced kielbasa, green beans, potatoes, onion, and garlic in the crockpot.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour in chicken broth and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until potatoes and green beans are tender.
