Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large baking dish, spread the uncooked rice evenly on the bottom.
- Pour the chicken broth over the rice.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder.
- Top the chicken with tzatziki sauce, spreading it evenly over each breast.
