- 1 pack of Buldak spicy chicken ramen
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 green onion, chopped (optional)
- 1 boiled egg (optional)
Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water in a pot and add the ramen noodles.
- Cook the noodles for about 3-4 minutes until they are soft.
- Drain most of the water, leaving about 2-3 tablespoons in the pot.
- Add the seasoning sauce and oil packet from the ramen package to the noodles.
- Stir-fry the noodles for 1-2 minutes until well coated and slightly thickened.
- Add minced garlic and continue to stir for another 30 seconds.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the noodles and let it melt.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and a boiled egg if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
