Description

This Easy Buldak Ramen recipe is a quick and spicy Korean-inspired noodle dish packed with heat, flavor, and cheesy goodness, perfect for a comforting meal in under 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Buldak spicy chicken ramen
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 green onion, chopped (optional)
  • 1 boiled egg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup of water in a pot and add the ramen noodles.
  2. Cook the noodles for about 3-4 minutes until they are soft.
  3. Drain most of the water, leaving about 2-3 tablespoons in the pot.
  4. Add the seasoning sauce and oil packet from the ramen package to the noodles.
  5. Stir-fry the noodles for 1-2 minutes until well coated and slightly thickened.
  6. Add minced garlic and continue to stir for another 30 seconds.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the noodles and let it melt.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and a boiled egg if desired.
