Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked noodles, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the casserole.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
