Description

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • Optional: extra Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk until fully incorporated.
  4. Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Add extra Oreo pieces on top if desired.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
