- 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the pizza dough and cut into 12 equal strips.
- Tie each strip into a knot and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush each knot with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, brush with additional garlic butter if desired, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve warm.
