Ingredients
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add macaroni, water, salt, and butter to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
- Seal the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure carefully once cooking is done.
- Stir in evaporated milk, cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic powder (if using) until cheese is melted and creamy.
- Season with black pepper to taste and serve immediately.

- For extra creaminess, add a few tablespoons of cream cheese.
