- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add cottage cheese, eggs, parmesan, garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly into a thin layer.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the flatbread is firm, lightly golden, and edges start to crisp.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing or using as desired.
