Ingredients
- 1 green apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
