Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
- Optional: croutons, lemon wedges
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side or until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat.
- Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Assemble each wrap by layering romaine lettuce, grilled shrimp, Parmesan cheese, and a drizzle of Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
- Optional: add a few crushed croutons for crunch and a squeeze of lemon juice for brightness.
- Wrap tightly, slice in half if desired, and serve immediately.
