Description

Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps are a light yet satisfying handheld meal featuring juicy grilled shrimp, crisp romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and creamy Caesar dressing wrapped in a soft tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • Optional: croutons, lemon wedges


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side or until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat.
  4. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
