Description
These Ham and Cheese Sliders on Hawaiian Rolls are perfect for parties, game days, or a quick family dinner. They are baked until warm and melty with a buttery glaze on top.

- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 12 slices of deli ham
- 6 slices of Swiss cheese, halved
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
- Layer the ham slices evenly over the rolls, followed by the Swiss cheese.
- Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and poppy seeds (if using).
- Pour the butter mixture evenly over the sliders, allowing it to soak into the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute Swiss cheese with provolone or cheddar if preferred.
- These sliders can be made ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the butter mixture.
