  • 1/2 avocado, sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar or crumbled feta cheese (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
