Description

Jalapeño dill dip is a creamy, tangy, and slightly spicy dip made with fresh dill, jalapeños, and a creamy base—perfect for chips, veggies, or spreading on sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 12 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chopped dill, jalapeños, lemon juice, and garlic.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
  5. Serve chilled with chips, vegetables, or as a sandwich spread.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of jalapeño to your desired spice level.
  • Can be made a day ahead for deeper flavor.
  • Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter option.
