Melt in Your Mouth Chicken is a creamy, tender baked chicken dish coated in a savory Parmesan-mayo mixture. It’s incredibly easy to make and delivers juicy, flavorful chicken every time.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for color)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and spread the mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the mayo mixture for 1 hour before baking.
- Use Greek yogurt for a lighter version with added protein.
- Pairs well with steamed vegetables, salad, or rice.
