Description

Melt in Your Mouth Chicken is a creamy, tender baked chicken dish coated in a savory Parmesan-mayo mixture. It’s incredibly easy to make and delivers juicy, flavorful chicken every time.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for color)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and spread the mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
  4. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
