Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or pasta sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and toss with butter.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Add marinara sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream until well combined.
- Spread half of the spaghetti in the baking dish. Layer with the cheese mixture, then the remaining spaghetti.
- Pour meat sauce evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
