Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 package (6 oz) seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the chicken breasts in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- In a medium bowl, mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- In a separate bowl, mix the stuffing mix with melted butter until moistened.
- Sprinkle the stuffing mixture evenly over the top of the chicken and sauce.
- Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and topping is golden brown.
