No Bake Berry Lush is a cool, creamy layered dessert featuring a graham cracker crust, cheesecake layer, berry pudding, and whipped topping—perfect for summer parties and potlucks.
Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed (divided)
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form a crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Gently fold in the remaining whipped topping. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight to set before serving.
