Description

No Bake Berry Lush is a cool, creamy layered dessert featuring a graham cracker crust, cheesecake layer, berry pudding, and whipped topping—perfect for summer parties and potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed (divided)
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form a crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over the crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Gently fold in the remaining whipped topping. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  5. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight to set before serving.

Notes

  • Use a mix of fresh or thawed frozen berries depending on availability.
  • Layer fruit in a pattern for a decorative effect.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge, covered, for up to 3 days.
