Description

No Bake Mini Cheesecake Parfaits are quick and easy layered desserts featuring a graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, and fresh berries—perfect for patriotic celebrations like the 4th of July.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • Extra berries for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. To assemble, spoon a layer of graham cracker crust into the bottom of mini cups or jars.
  5. Add a layer of cheesecake filling, followed by chopped strawberries.
  6. Add another layer of filling, then top with blueberries.
  7. Repeat layers if space allows, and finish with extra berries on top for garnish.
  8. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Use piping bags for neater layers.
  • Can be made up to a day in advance and stored in the fridge.
