- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 2 cups vanilla pudding (prepared from instant mix)
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Add 1/4 cup milk and mix well.
- Fold in half of the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust.
- Layer vanilla pudding on top of the cream cheese mixture and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and smooth out the top.
- Arrange strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries on top as desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set, before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute graham crackers with vanilla wafers or digestive biscuits.
- Chill overnight for best results.
- Use fresh berries for best flavor and texture.
- Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
