Description

A refreshing, layered dessert made with fresh summer berries, creamy filling, and no need for baking. Perfect for hot days and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 2 cups vanilla pudding (prepared from instant mix)
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Add 1/4 cup milk and mix well.
  3. Fold in half of the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust.
  5. Layer vanilla pudding on top of the cream cheese mixture and spread evenly.
  6. Top with remaining whipped topping and smooth out the top.
  7. Arrange strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries on top as desired.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set, before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute graham crackers with vanilla wafers or digestive biscuits.
  • Chill overnight for best results.
  • Use fresh berries for best flavor and texture.
