Description

No Bake Turtle Pie is a rich and indulgent dessert made with a chocolate cookie crust, creamy caramel-chocolate filling, and topped with pecans, more caramel, and chocolate drizzle.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made chocolate cookie crust (9-inch)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus more for topping
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Additional melted chocolate for drizzling (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, caramel sauce, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  3. Spread the filling evenly into the chocolate cookie crust.
  4. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  5. Drizzle additional caramel sauce on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
