Description
Onion Ring Sauce is a creamy, tangy, and slightly spicy dipping sauce that pairs perfectly with crispy onion rings, fries, or burgers. Quick to mix and packed with flavor!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar or pickle juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, and Dijon mustard.
- Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and vinegar or pickle juice.
- Stir well until all ingredients are fully mixed and the sauce is smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
Notes
- Adjust horseradish for more or less heat.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
