- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a small spoonful of pizza sauce in the center.
- Add some mozzarella cheese and a few pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- Place each ball seam-side down in the muffin tin.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over each dough ball.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use turkey pepperoni for a lower fat option.
- You can add chopped veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce or ranch for dipping.
