Description

Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are bite-sized snacks filled with gooey cheese, zesty pepperoni, and pizza sauce, wrapped in golden-brown biscuit dough—perfect for parties or quick appetizers.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Flatten each biscuit and place a small spoonful of pizza sauce in the center.
  3. Add some mozzarella cheese and a few pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
  4. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  5. Place each ball seam-side down in the muffin tin.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over each dough ball.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
