Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh pineapple, finely diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with fresh lime juice and add salt to taste.
- Toss gently to mix all ingredients well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled as a dip or topping for tacos, grilled chicken, or fish.
