Description

Pumpkin Lush is a creamy, layered no-bake dessert made with a graham cracker crust, pumpkin spice pudding, and whipped topping—perfect for fall gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 (5.1 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (5.1 oz) package instant pumpkin spice pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Whipped cream and chopped pecans for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, both pudding mixes, milk, and pumpkin pie spice until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Top with the remaining whipped topping and spread evenly.
  5. Chill the dessert for at least 4 hours or overnight to set properly.
  6. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and chopped pecans, if desired.

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
  • This dessert is best when chilled overnight.
  • You can substitute pumpkin spice pudding with another vanilla pudding and extra pumpkin pie spice if unavailable.
