- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
- 1 (5.1 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (5.1 oz) package instant pumpkin spice pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Whipped cream and chopped pecans for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, both pudding mixes, milk, and pumpkin pie spice until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping and spread evenly.
- Chill the dessert for at least 4 hours or overnight to set properly.
- Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and chopped pecans, if desired.
Notes
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
- This dessert is best when chilled overnight.
- You can substitute pumpkin spice pudding with another vanilla pudding and extra pumpkin pie spice if unavailable.
