- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter.
- Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter over the top.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
