Description

Quick and Easy Pizza Bagels are a fun and fast way to enjoy all the flavors of pizza using bagels as the base. Perfect for a snack, lunch, or easy dinner that both kids and adults will love.


Ingredients

  • 4 plain bagels, sliced in half
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for brushing)
  • Optional toppings: sliced olives, bell peppers, mushrooms, cooked sausage


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place bagel halves cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Spread about 1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each bagel half.
  4. Top each with shredded mozzarella cheese and your desired toppings.
