Ingredients
- 4 plain bagels, sliced in half
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for brushing)
- Optional toppings: sliced olives, bell peppers, mushrooms, cooked sausage
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place bagel halves cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread about 1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each bagel half.
- Top each with shredded mozzarella cheese and your desired toppings.
- Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
