Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
- In serving glasses, layer the yogurt mixture, followed by a layer of mixed berries, and then granola.
- Repeat the layers until the glass is filled, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
- If desired, sprinkle chia seeds over the top for extra texture and nutrition.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

- For a vegan option, use coconut or almond milk yogurt.
- Feel free to switch the berries based on seasonal availability.
