Description

Ingredients

Bread:

  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, eggs, sugars, oil, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon if using.
  4. Combine wet and dry: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Add strawberries: Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
