Description

Strawberry brownies are a sweet and fruity twist on traditional brownies, made with strawberry cake mix for a chewy, vibrant pink treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until a thick batter forms.
  3. Fold in white chocolate chips if using.
  4. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • Do not overbake to keep the brownies chewy and moist.
  • Optional glaze: mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar with 1-2 tablespoons milk and drizzle over cooled brownies.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
