Description
Strawberry brownies are a sweet and fruity twist on traditional brownies, made with strawberry cake mix for a chewy, vibrant pink treat.

- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until a thick batter forms.
- Fold in white chocolate chips if using.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Do not overbake to keep the brownies chewy and moist.
- Optional glaze: mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar with 1-2 tablespoons milk and drizzle over cooled brownies.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
