Description

Strawberry Salad Dressing is a vibrant, sweet-tart vinaigrette made with fresh strawberries and simple ingredients. It adds a fruity and refreshing twist to green salads, especially those with spinach, goat cheese, or nuts.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place strawberries, vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. With the motor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until emulsified.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer to a jar or bottle and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors develop. Shake well before serving.

Notes

  • Use balsamic vinegar for a deeper, richer flavor.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • Great on spinach salads with nuts, goat cheese, or grilled chicken.
