Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if necessary).
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until potatoes are golden and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
