- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Let sit for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Top with shaved Parmesan if desired and serve chilled or at room temperature.
